How much does ArcSign cost?

Nothing. ArcSign is free to send agreements for signature.

Is it a free trial?

No. There is no trial period, no annual lock-in, and no credit card to enter.

Are there limits on seats or documents?

No. There are no seat licenses, no seat count, no envelope caps, and no overage bills.

Do I have to talk to sales?

No. There are no sales calls and no setup fees.

AI preparation

What does ArcSign AI do?

It identifies the parties who need to sign, suggests and places signature and information fields, recommends expiration dates and reminder schedules, drafts invitation messages, and turns an uploaded document into a prepared signature request.

Does anything get sent without me?

No. You review and approve AI suggestions before sending.

What can I do in Slack?

Start and manage signature requests, receive signing updates, and take follow-up actions.

Can I send several documents at once?

Yes. You can send multiple documents in one request and reorder or replace them before sending.

Can signers sign in order?

Yes. Everyone can sign at once or in a specific order.

Can I control who sees what?

Yes. You can control which documents each signer or CC recipient can access.

Can I change a request after sending?

Yes. You can revise or cancel a request, resend invitations, or send individual reminders.

Can I start a request from a contract review?

Yes. You can start signature requests from completed contract reviews.

Records

What happens after everyone signs?

Completed documents are sent to signers and CC recipients, stored securely, and recipients get secure access to them. You can download all signed documents together.

What record is kept?

A complete activity history and a completion certificate that can be verified.

Can I preserve records?

Yes. You can apply legal holds when records must be preserved.
